Wickard’s international education work continued in Morocco in July 2026 through programming coordinated with the U.S. Embassy in Rabat.
Oliver Roberts, Wickard’s founder and Co-Director of the WashU Law AI Collaborative, led a roundtable on AI’s implications for legal education, legal practice, courts, and dispute resolution. He also delivered a briefing to Morocco’s Digital Development Agency addressing innovation, adoption, governance, and regulation.
The two sessions brought legal and government audiences into discussions about how AI is changing institutional work. They also created an opportunity to exchange perspectives on education and responsible use across different legal systems.
The Morocco engagement reflects Wickard’s interest in practical international collaboration: sharing expertise, learning from local institutions, and examining how training can support informed decisions about emerging technology.
