Relativity and Wickard announced a partnership on April 14, 2026, to expand legal AI education at U.S. law schools. The initiative brings together the Relativity Academic program’s technology and training resources with Wickard’s curriculum and instruction.
The collaboration is designed to help schools offer hands-on training and give students experience with RelativityOne at no cost through the academic initiative. Instruction addresses practical AI use, verification of outputs, professional responsibility, and regulation.
The partnership responds to a concrete educational need. Students should encounter the technology used in legal work while developing the judgment to evaluate its output and limitations. Bringing tools and instruction together gives faculty a practical starting point for that work.
The initiative also included an April 30 webinar with WashU Law on integrating AI into the law school curriculum. Schools interested in educational collaborations can contact Wickard at Media@Wickard.ai.
